Excellent opportunity for a Measured Building Surveyor to take on a diverse role within a growing business who are offering a part time position or paid per survey placement.

Do you have experience carrying out measured building surveys?

This company specialise in domestic works from entire new build projects to domestic renovations. They pride themselves on their reputation for offering a high-quality service and understanding their clients' individual needs.

In this role you will carry out measured building surveys, mainly residential properties with some commercial work, clear accurate hand drawn surveys for the design team. The majority of the work is in the London area but will include Essex, Kent, Surrey and Hertfordshire. The right candidate will have the option to take on some design work and progress within the company.

The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out measured building surveys, be able to create clear hand drawn site plans and have a quality focussed approach.

The Role:

• Carrying out measured building surveys for our projects

• Draw clear accurate hand drawn surveys

• Turning surveys into CAD plans

• Assisting the design team with projects

• Travelling across London and surrounding areas

The Person:

• Own transport

• Can carry out Measured Building Surveys

• Proficient with CAD

• Looking for a diverse position and training

• Driving Licence
